Photographic ID Proof Policy:
For Security reasons, Guests checking into the Hotel are required to present a valid photo
identification (Govt. Approved) at the Reception Desk (Aadhar card or Voter ID card or Driving
License or Passport) (A copy of which may be required to be kept in the records)."Pan Card"
will not be accepted as photographic id proof. Please note that the property requires couples a
valid marriage proof at the time of check in. Foreign nationals must submit a copy of their Passport,
Visa and Travel Documents on arrival. The Hotel reserves the right to refuse admission without such identity.

Cancellation Procedure:
An advance amount to be deposited to confirm the booking, the advance amount is Non – Refundable or Non – Adjustable. May please be noted that extended stay and last minute rates require a Non – Refundable deposit at the time of booking. Any cancellation required such pre-payment guarantee will attract a full – stay cancellation charge. If any cancellation after the confirmation or check-in, then 100% stay or booking amount will be charged as retention.

only after receiving mail from the competent authority designated by the company.
Payment is accepted in cash/demand draft/pay orders/credit card and bill to company
(where the company has a corporate tie – up with the hotel)

Children and Extra Person Policy:
This policy defines the possibility of accommodating children and the availability of Extra Beds.
One Child under 5 years stays free of charge when using existing beds. Extra older child or adult will be
charged Rs. 1000 + Taxes per person per night in an extra bed. The Maximum number of extra beds in a
room is one and subject to availability. There is no capacity for cots in the room.
Rate Commitment – In case there is any instance where the contracted rate is higher than the hotel's rate of the day, then the lower rate can be booked directly by the guest/corporate. The Hotel owns the right to sell rooms on direct channels including hotel own websites. The hotel reserves the right to modify or change the special rates offered based on different packaging. These rates (offer rate, special rate , corporate tie up rate etc.) are not transferable to third parties in any manner . In such cases the special rates offered will be deemed as obsolete.
High Demand Dates - the hotel reserves the right not to offer contracted rates on high demand dates and blackout dates.
Force Majeure - The hotel shall be excused and shall not be deemed in default for any failure of performance hereunder, for any reason out of control. Such causes shall be deemed to include without limitation war, warlike operations, armed aggression, insurrection, riots, fires, explosions, accidents, failure to obtain any Government approval , Government acts or omissions, labour troubles, acts of God, terrorism, disaster strikes, civil disorder, curtailment of transportation facilities, or any other emergency beyond the parties control, etc. Neither party will be held responsible for failure of performance In case of force majeure.
Arbitration - In the event of any dispute or differences arising out of or in connection with this agreement, including the interpretation of the terms and conditions of this contract, the same shall be referred to arbitration as per the provisions of The Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996; the venue of such arbitration shall be Kolkata
Parking:
Parking is available at the hotel .The parking will be at "OWNERS RISK"
Billing & Payment:
All payment and deposit will be made directly to the hotel. Payments of INR 25000 in cash & above would require
pan card details for Indian Nationals.This is a mandatory requirement regulated by the income Tax Department.
The Payment against B.T.C must be received from the organization within 15 days of the guest check out from the Hotel.
Payment received for such bills after 15 days period of the presentation of the said bills shall be subject to penal
interest charges at the rate of 15% per annum and shall also entitle the hotel to remove the company from the credit
list and withdraw all credit facility to the organization.
Minors Children's Stay:
Minors under 18 years are not allowed to stay without being accompanied by their
parents or guardian. For security reasons, it is not appropriate to leave children under 10 years of age without
adult supervision in the room or other area of the premises, running& playing in the common area is not allowed
Single Lady Room :
NO visitors are allowed in any of Single lady Rooms
Damage of Property:
Guests will be held responsible for any kind of loss or damage to the hotel property caused by them, their friends or by any person for whom they are responsible.
The guest will be directly charged or loss as decided by the management
Outside Food:
Outside food is strictly prohibited.
Smoking Rules:
Smoking is strictly prohibited in the hotel premises
Amendment of Rules:
The Management reserves the right to add, to alter or mend the above terms, conditions & rules.
Pet Policy:
Pets are not allowed in the hotel premises
General Rules:
For items are not covered by the above regulations, the management will follow
the general practice of the Hotel Industry in Kolkata
Management's Right:
The management reserves for itself the absolute right of admission to any
person into the hotel premises and to request any guest to vacate his or her room at any
moment without previous notice and without assigning any reason whatsoever and the guest shall be bound to
vacate when requested to do so. In case of default, the Management will be entitled to remove the luggage and
belongings of the guest or his/her visitor from the room occupied by the guest and locks the room.
Right to Inspect:
The Hotel's Security personnel reserves the right to inspect any container,
briefcase, luggage or package, etc. brought into or taken out of the Hotel.
